Pastridor Croissants

 

– Ready to Bake convenience

All our pre-proved croissants are ready to bake in pre-heated oven directly from frozen.
 
Standard size: Bake for min. 18 minutes in pre-heated oven. 190°C/374°F (convection oven).

 

Mini size: Bake for min. 15 minutes in pre-heated oven. 190°C/374°F (convection oven)

Some good advice:

Croissants should be baked on baking trays with baking paper.
Ovens vary, so adjust temperature, not time. Let the product cool before serving.
Succesful results can also be obtained by thawing the croissants for around 15 min. prior to baking.
