Description
A traditional ‘horseshoe’ shaped all-butter croissant produced according to traditional French recipe. A rich and buttery taste with a light, open texture combined with crisp outer layers to obtain a true authentic taste.
Baking Instructions
Ready to Bake convenience.
Directly from frozen into pre-heated oven at 190°C/374°F (convection oven). Bake for 18 minutes. Let the product cool down before serving. Successful results can also be obtained by thawing the product for around 15 min. prior to baking.
