Thaw & Bake definition
The product is pre-proved and is usually also part-baked. Therefore, all you have to do is thaw and then bake the product for a few minutes in a pre-heated oven.

 

Thaw & Bake convenience

The product requires a minimum of planning. Simply take the bread out of the freezer – cover the bread with plastic or put it in a plastic bag – place the bread in the fridge overnight or as a minimum for 3-6 hours. After a few minutes in the oven, you have fresh baked bread!

Frozen - step 1

The product should be stored at
-18ºC or colder.

Defrost - step 2

The product needs to be defrosted.

Baking - step 3

The product should be baked.
