The Unibake brand represents the fruition of a long and remarkable history of proud baking traditions with roots all the way back to 1880.
 
The international Unibake brand is the result of the merger of three well recognised local brands: Schulstad Bake Off, Paaskebrød and Hatting, all three of which have contributed strong competences within each of their bread categories.
